El Golfo

El Golfo is a popular site for tourists in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. Formed during the 1730 - 1736 eruptions, La Laguna do los Ciclos is a bright green colour. This intense green is caused by a concentration of the algae which thrive in the mineral-rich water.
