Culmore Point

Culmore Point lies outside Derry City on the road towards the border village of Muff in County Donegal. Much developed with commuter housing. The photograph shows the existing oil-fired power plant of Coolkeeragh. There are plans to replace this with a natural gas powered plant utilising the gas pipeline being constructed in Northern Ireland.
