Office Block

A new office block is constructed on the south side of the Liffey in Dublin Ireland. The DART rail system crosses the bridge on this side of the office block. DART started in 1984, originally carrying 35,000 users each day. It now carries 80,000 commuters each day and is forecast to grow until 2016. The service is being extended as part of an effort to promote sustainability in a city which had had an unforeseen explosion in car ownership which has produced up to 1000 extra cars each week on the streets of Dublin.
