The 'rainbow arch' in Kyiv (Kiev) below which are the twin statues to "Eternal Unity" between the Ukrainian and the Russian people. This monument was erected in 1954 to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Pereiaslav treaty which united at least parts of the Ukraine with Russia.
